Collaboration with dn10: Design scope was to design a contemporary apartment building to fit within a 1650 square metre block. The scheme incorporates communal spaces to the ground floor with one level of basement car parking below. There are 29 apartments spaced over four levels with a mix of one bed to three bed apartments. Each floor is laid out so it maintains natural outlook but also maximises the natural ventilation and solar access to each apartment.
